They’re getting ready for their tour to get back underway following a short break for the Teen Choice Awards, and the Jonas Brothers took a moment to meet one of their Superfans in Charlotte, North Carolina not too long ago.

Brooke Odom, who is the envy of teenage girls all over the world, won a contest to meet the rockers -with the 18-year-old getting to work side-by-side with Kevin, Joe and Nick.

Apparently, Brooke won a Breakfast Breaks competition to make a video explaining why it is important to eat a healthy breakfast every day.

The Jonas Brothers, who are scheduled to perform in Maryland on Wednesday (August 6), have teamed up with the cereal firm several times in the past.

Shia LaBeouf: Recuperating From Hand Surgery

Landing himself in quite the unfortunate situation, Shia LaBeouf is reportedly now in recuperation mode following surgery at the Cedar Sinai Medical Center on Sunday (July 27).

“Attorneys for Mr. LaBeouf confirm that an automobile accident involving an additional party occurred early morning in Los Angeles on July 27, 2008,” Shia’s rep Melissa Kates wrote in a statement.

The press release added: “Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month. No further comment will be issued at this time.”

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the 22-year-old “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” star was involved in a roll-over truck accident around 2:45am, also being booked for DUI charges.

A female passenger in Shia’s car and the driver of the other car both sustained minor injuries and were treated at Cedar Sinai Medical Center, as well.

Amy Winehouse Keeps Up Her Late Night Ways

For the second night in a row, Amy Winehouse was up and active into the wee hours of the morning - causing a scene as she, a male friend and her security guard visited Camden Stables Market in London, England.

According to a source on the scene, Amy was in “a hyperactive and chatty mood, sprinting halfway to Proud Galleries at 2a.m. while joking with photographers that she was gonna take them on a tour of the back streets of Camden because their moms would like her to, because it keeps it interesting.”

Following her initial burst of energy, Amy fell over outside a shop for awhile to catch her breath, reportedly appearing frustrated before standing up and punching the shop’s metal grill.

The Rehab crooner then proceeded on to make her late night stop before dragging her two companions back home, finally calling it a night.

Katherine Heigl Plays Family Chauffeur

Keeping her loved ones at the top of her priority list, Katherine Heigl was spotted out on Saturday picking up family members from her mother’s house in Los Feliz.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” star proceeded to load up the car before driving and dropping them off at Los Angeles International Airport - giving kisses and hugs all the way around.

After finishing up with her chauffeur duties, the 29-year-old Emmy Award-winning actress and a female friend then ventured off to a private party in Malibu for a relaxing summer afternoon.

Meanwhile, in related news, “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes recently spoke out on Katherine’s decision not to submit her name for Emmy contention this year, which Heigl said was due to the hit show’s inability to give her enough good material.

Of this, Rhimes told People magazine, “I didn’t feel insulted. When I was told (what Heigl said) I found it surprising. I love and respect Katie as an actress. But she is outspoken.”

Rihanna and Chris Brown’s Hot Tub Lovin’

Prior to the evening’s Teen Choice Awards show, Rihanna and Chris Brown made sure to fit in a little quality time with one another back at their hotel on Sunday afternoon (August 3).

The “Take A Bow” singer and her R&B stud boyfriend were spotted relaxing and getting cozy in their hotel’s hot tub - with the duo sipping drinks as Rihanna helped Chris out with his complexion woes by popping a zit for him.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Chris was on hand later in the evening at FOX’s annual 2008 Teen Choice Awards, although Rihanna was nowhere to be seen.

During the course of the night, the “With You” singer snatched up four surfboards - winning for Choice Hook-Up (for his duet with Jordin Sparks on “No Air”), Music Male Artist, Music R&B Artist and Music R&B Track.

Cameron Diaz Looks to the Future

Right on cue to help verify rumors that she’s turned to psychic medicine, Cameron Diaz was spotted leaving what sources on the scene described as a “mysterious doctor’s office” in Hollywood on Friday (July 25).

Our insider tells: “The supposed doctor’s office is placed in a house in central Hollywood. Still unsure whether it’s a pyschic’s home or some type of new age medicine joint. Nonetheless the famous actress is trying to heal!”

Following her visit, Cameron left the office in good spirits - smiling and waving to a homeless man on the street before jumping into her eco-friendly Toyota Prius.

As for the psychic visit rumors, Us magazine recently reported that Cameron visited a seer named Mrs. Grace, bringing along her “What Happens in Vegas” co-star Lake Bell, with the duo seeking “guidance and to know what’s up ahead.”

Mrs. Grace reportedly told the magazine that she saw “marriage and kids” and a “beautiful future” for Diaz and her new boyfriend, Paul Sculfor.

Carlos Leon Talks About Daughter Lourdes

The rumors of Madonna’s “affair of the heart” with Major League All-star Alex Rodriquez have been in the forefront as of late.

But Madge’s ex and father of her daughter, Carlos Leon, tells press that despite the scandal, things remain drama free with their daughter Lourdes Leon.

“She’s at that point where she can call me and say, ‘Hey Dad, what’s up? What time are you going to get me?’” he says of his 11-year-old. “It’s really cool. We talk every day.” (For the record, he says of Madonna’s alleged affair: “Trust me, that’s a lie. I know for a fact, she wouldn’t do that.”)

Leon, who is an actor and a personal trainer, stresses the importance of keeping Lourdes (or Lola as he refers to her as) grounded.

“Look at me and the way I live: I ride my bicycle, I walk, I don’t have a driver,” says Leon. “That’s how I keep her grounded. Her mom does a good job too – she’s not that person that everyone thinks. She’s very laid back and cool.”

As far as discipline goes, Leon says he likes to leave the majority of that up to mommy. “It’s hard for me to be the tough guy with my daughter, maybe I should work on the discipline stuff, but I could leave her mother to do that!”

Nicole Richie: Ordered to Bulk Up?

Keeping an active post pregnancy lifestyle, Nicole Richie was spotted out for a yoga session in Woodland Hills on Wednesday (July 23).

Wearing a black tanktop teamed with a scarf, some skimpy torn denim shorts and flip-flops, the former Simple Life star quickly hopped out of her chauffeured SUV before scurrying inside for her workout session.

In related news, tabloid reports are now claiming that Miss Richie “has been ordered to switch her daughter to bottle feeding because she is losing too much weight.”

“Doctors are said to be concerned that she’s become too skinny since giving birth to Harlow Winter, 6 months,” an insider informed the Daily Star, adding that “breastfeeding burns vast amounts of calories, which seems to be been taking its toll on Nicole.”

Jessica Simpson Brightens Up the Big Apple

Looking her usual perky self, Jessica Simpson was spotted leaving the Ritz Carlton Hotel in New York City on Thursday morning (July 24).

Wearing a blindingly bright candy apple red dress, the “Dukes Of Hazzard” hottie hopped into an awaiting SUV - heading over to the Steiner Studios.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Miss Simpson is in the Big Apple to take part in a very special ad campaign to kick off the holiday shopping season for Macy’s department stores.

Reportedly, Jess will be joining Martha Stewart, Kenneth Cole, Tommy Hilfiger, and a host of other celebrities/designers on a full-scale replica of a Macy’s floor built on a Brooklyn set.

Cristiano Ronaldo: Dating Letizia Filippi?

Taking full advantage of his time in Los Angeles, Cristiano Ronaldo has been making his rounds over the past week or so.  And yesterday he got yet another taste of what celebrity can get you in the US.

As previously reported by the Gossip Girls, the Manchester United stud enjoyed a morning shopping spree at Christian Audigier’s Ed Hardy store, picking up a few items before heading out.

Then he was off to Malibu for a relaxing afternoon in the sun at a private beach house.  Mr. Ronaldo was spotted in his bathing suit sans crutches, a sign that his recent ankle surgery is healing quite nicely.

Cristiano was joined at the Malibu beach house by a gaggle of hotties, including his alleged new girlfriend Letizia Filippi.  One report claimed that the 30-year-old model snagged the soccer hunk with a “gaze that melted him like an icicle in the sun”.

After cleaning up and getting dressed, Ronaldo indulged his appetite for LA night life with a trip to Eva Longoria’s Beso restaurant, followed by a visit to the Villa Lounge for drinks and partying.
