Britney Spears: Back to TV this May

There have been all kinds of rumors and speculation as to when Britney Spears would be reprising her role on “How I Met Your Mother.” And now we know for sure.
According to an inside source, the “Gimme More” singer will be filming a new episode that will be airing on May 12th, to coincide with the network’s sweeps week.
Reportedly Britney is ecstatic, and feeling is mutual. The show’s executive producer and co-creator Craig Thomas told press, “We’re all so thrilled to have Britney joining us once again.”
Then, on a personal note, he commented, “And just to head it off at the pass this time around: Yes, Mom, Britney’s very nice and no, I can’t get her autograph for you.”
