Hayden Panettiere Gets Her Own Pad

She has a massively popular network show and a budding film career, and now Hayden Panettiere has an address to call her very own.
The “Heroes” hottie has reportedly plunked down a cool $4 million for a luxurious Hollywood Hills mansion and she’s already well on her way to personalizing the pad inside and out.
Miss Panettiere has been itching for her own place, especially considering the fact that she’s dating Milo Ventimiglia who just happens to be 13 years older than her.
According to FOX Pop Tarts’ Hollie McKay, Hayden’s parents are big fans of Ventimiglia, even going so far as to call him total husband material. And that works out well, due to the fact that he’s recently been shopping for a $200,000 Cartier engagement ring.
