Heidi Klum A Self-Described Workaholic

Klum, who is a former Victoria’s Secret model turned host of the popular Bravo series “Project Runway,” got her professional start after she entered Model ‘92, a contest that pitted 25,000 people vying for a $300,000 modeling contract.
Klum won and was soon faced with pressure to sign what she described as a thick contract.
“My father kind of looked over my shoulder a little bit,” Klum said. “He looked at the paper and said, ‘There are so many words in here that I don’t understand, so how can my daughter sign that?’”
Klum put off signing the modeling contract until her lawyers had a chance to review it.
“They weren’t happy about it,” she said, “but it was better for me in the end.”
In addition to her work on “Project Runway,” Klum is the head of what is quickly becoming a multimillion dollar business empire.
She has designed her own clothing, jewelry and shoe lines, and is also involved in creating her own line of fragrances.
Her personal life sent rumor mills into overdrive when she married British singer Seal while pregnant with someone else’s child.
The couple has two children together. Klum is also the mother of a daughter she had during a previous relationship.
